2 c. cut up ham
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 c. chopped green onion
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10" x 1 1/2". Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
