1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup

Mix together all ingredients except catsup. Shape in 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Spread catsup over top. Cover. Microwave on Medium High for 22 to 24 minutes. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving. If you would like a drier top remove cover last 10 minutes of cooking.
