MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, raw
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2 slices bread, toasted
Your favorite barbecue sauce (K.C. Masterpiece barbecue sauce works well)

Add to raw ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and celery salt. Beat egg and add to mixture. Work well with fingers. Toast breast and slice into cubes. Add to meat mixture and work with fingers. Add milk and work with fork. Place in ungreased glass casserole. Lightly pat down. with fork, pierce meat all over.

Pour barbecue sauce over top. Cover with plastic wrap and cook on high for approximately 15-25 minutes. Depends on frequency of microwave. Check at 15 minutes by testing center.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
