MEAT LOAF MICROWAVE (600 WATT) 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/4 c. tomato sauce or catsup
2 eggs
1/3 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and form into a 9-inch ring or 6 to 8 custard cups. Microwave on high 14 to 18 minutes for ring or 11 to 16 minutes for cups. Rotate halfway through. Pour 2/3 cup of sauce on meat and heat 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes to finish cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
