MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. carrot, shredded
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
2 tsp. chopped pimento (optional)
1/2 c. skim milk
1 egg white, beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Shape into loaf. Place in 8 x 4 x 2 inch glass loaf pan. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 10 to 12 minutes, turning pan occasionally. Drain and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
