MICROWAVE BASIC MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tsp. minced onions or 1 tbsp. onion soup mix
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl. Arrange mixture in doughnut shape in 9 inch glass pie plate. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at medium for 10 minutes. Rotate dish after 5 minutes, 1/2 turn. Remove drippings and sprinkle with cheese; microwave at medium for 2 minutes. Let stand for 6 to 8 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
