BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick melted butter
1 c. cubed stuffing mix
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Durkee fried onions

Cook broccoli, drain but reserve 1 can of hot water from broccoli, mix this water with the cream of mushroom soup. Mix together broccoli, stuffing, butter, cheese, soup and onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a greased pan.
