1 lb. ground round
1 (11 oz.) pkg. lightly salted Doritos or Tostitos
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Garnishes: diced lettuce, diced tomato, diced onion, additional cheese
Taco sauce (optional)

Brown ground round and prepare according to directions for tacos. Crush 1/2 bag of the Doritos and place in bottom of 8-inch casserole for crust. Add prepared meat mixture. Top meat with shredded cheese. Spread sour cream over the cheese, covering to the edges of the casserole. Crush remaining chips and sprinkle on top of the sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with garnishes and taco sauce. Serves 6.
