TUNA BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Med. size shells
Fresh mushrooms (about 2 c.)
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 med. pkg. frozen broccoli
2 cans tuna
1 can Durkee fried onions

Saute sliced mushrooms in real butter. Set aside. Cook broccoli and macaroni shells. Mix tuna, sour cream, cheese, mushrooms and almost the whole can of fried onions, save a little for the top. Mix all together and put a few pats of butter on top and the rest of the onions and bake for 15 minutes.
