CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
6 oz. Velveeta cheese, shredded
1 c. chicken broth (reserved from cooked chicken)
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Garlic salt
Chicken, diced (any amount you prefer)
1 can mushrooms & 1 can Durkee fried onions (optional)

1. Cook broccoli and drain. Put in bottom of casserole dish.

2. Boil chicken - debone, dice and put on top of broccoli in casserole dish.

3. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt.

4. Lay mushrooms on top of chicken (optional).

5. Mix soups, broth and Velveeta and put on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

6. Add Durkee fried onions and cook for additional 5 minutes (optional). Serve over egg noodles or rice.
