BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked
1 jar (sm.) processed cheese
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Salt to taste

Cook rice. Drain and pour into greased casserole. Saute onions, celery and minced garlic in butter. Add cheese, soups, salt, cayenne pepper and broccoli. Pour over rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
