BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bunch fresh broccoli or 2 pkgs. frozen
1 stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion
Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli until tender. Melt 1 sick butter; saute onion in butter. Add cheese and cook until melted. Add mushroom soup to mixture. Add cooked broccoli and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees about 25 minutes or until bubbly.

If you can't find garlic cheese, use a roll of the plain cheddar and add garlic powder. Regular saltines can be used in place of Ritz crackers.

This is a real favorite with family and friends - even people who do not like broccoli like this recipe.
