CHEESE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
Garlic powder
2 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cheese
2 c. cooked rice
Green peppers, optional

Saute onion with a little garlic powder in the butter. Add broccoli and soup. Add milk and cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the rice to the broccoli mixture and mix well. May add a chopped green pepper if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
