CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. uncooked brown rice
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped
Garlic salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cover chicken with water, add salt. Boil until done. Remove from broth, cool and remove from bone. Bring broth to boil and add rice. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

Before rice is done, add onion and green pepper and cook until rice is done. Then add chicken, vegetables, soup, and milk. Put in casserole dish and top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
