SUMMERTIME PIE 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 can Eagle Brand condensed sweet milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 lg. and 1 sm. container Cool Whip
2 drops red food coloring
2 graham cracker ready crusts

Drain pineapple. Cut up strawberries into bite size pieces. Save a few for garnish (optional). I like to put a whole strawberry on top of each pie. Combine all the other ingredients in a large bowl and mix on low speed of your mixer. Pour mixture into each pie shell, dividing equally. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
