OLD WORLD RASPBERRY BARS 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar

Mix above ingredients well and press into a 12x15 inch pan. (Reserve 1/2 cup for topping). Spread 1 jar of raspberry preserves over crust. Then sprinkle reserved crust over preserves. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or so. Do not over bake. Cool. Cut into bars.
