MEXICAN HAMBURGER DIP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. ketchup

Brown onion, hamburger, and pepper together in a large skillet. Drain fat from pan. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes, in a casserole. Serve hot with tortilla chips. Serves 6 or more.
