AMBER'S HIT PARTY TACO DIP
It is good to have little plates for large parties, or when you are serving as an appetizer.

1 (1 lb.) pkg. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans (I use Old El Paso fat-free)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
2 env. spicy taco seasoning, divided (Ortega)
diced onions
grated or shredded cheese (I like Mexican "Fiesta" style)
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
sliced black olives
bag of Frito's dip chips, for dipping

Brown ground beef, and simmer with one envelope of taco seasoning as directed on seasoning package. Set aside and let cool.

Mix together refried beans, cream cheese and remaining taco seasoning. Spread into a 13x9-inch cake pan or other serving dish around the same size.

Top mixture with cooled ground beef, onions, then cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and black olives (in that order, you may omit some ingredients if you like).

Serve as an appetizer with Frito's chips. Enjoy!
