MEL'S MEXICAN DIP
Dip with tortilla chips, or we sometimes make rice and wrap it in burrito sized tortillas!

1 lb. ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 env. taco seasoning
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) tub French onion dip
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans refried beans
1 (15 oz.) jar salsa (your choice)
1 (15 oz.) jar cheese dip (salsa con queso or Cheez Whiz)
1 (15 oz.) jar guacamole
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (I like Mexican "fiesta" blend)

Brown meat and add taco seasoning to meat. Drain and set aside.

Blend cream cheeses with French onion dip. Spread in a 13x9-inch pan. Spread refried beans on next. Spread cheese dip on. Spread guacamole. Spread browned and seasoned taco meat. Spread salsa. Cover the top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Variation: You can also add sliced black olives and/or jalapenos to the cheese layer before baking.
