POPEYE POWER 
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thaw and squeeze dry
1 c. uncooked long-grain wild rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour in 13x9 baking dish. Bake 350 degrees 30-35 minutes or until it starts to bubble and browns around the outer edges.
