MEAT LOAF PUFF 
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 med. tomatoes, peeled and sliced
6 slices American cheese
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. flour
3 eggs

In large bowl combine 1 beaten egg and milk, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add bread crumbs and hamburger. Put in 8 x 8 x 2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Drain off fat. Put tomato slices on top. Cover with cheese.

Beat 2 egg whites until soft peaks form, set aside. In small bowl combine sour cream, flour, add egg yolks beat until smooth. Fold in 2 egg whites beaten to yolk mixture. Pour over cheese covered meat. Return to oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
