HAMBURGER POTATO PUFFS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (8 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce with cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 servings instant mashed potatoes, prepared according to pkg. directions

Brown beef, onion and green pepper in skillet with oven-proof handle. Pour off excess fat. Add seasonings and 1/2 can Hunts tomato sauce with cheese. Simmer 5 minutes. Add parsley to prepared mashed potatoes. Place spoonfuls around edge of skillet on beef mixture. Pour on remaining Hunts sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until puffs are lightly browned.
