POTATO PUFF 
10 med. potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 med. onion, finely diced
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten

Peel and slice potatoes. Boil until tender and pour off water. Add butter, cream cheese, onion, salt and egg. Blend all ingredients together with electric mixer. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 300 degrees until golden crust forms and assumes fluffy appearance, about 40 minutes.
