MASHED POTATO PUFFS 
3 lg. baking potatoes
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt to taste
3 yams
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. butter
Dash salt to taste
2 tsp. orange juice

Cut up, boil and mash baking potatoes. Stir in milk, butter and salt. Whip until still fairly thick. Check flavor and add more milk, butter salt if needed.

Cut up, boil and mash 3 yams. Add honey, butter, salt and orange juice. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and layer white potatoes with yams in 3 mounds. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
