FRENCH ONION SOUP 
4 lg. onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 beef bouillon cubes
5 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
French bread
Mozzarella cheese

Saute onions in butter for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients (except bread and cheese) and simmer for 20 minutes. Put soup in crocks and put a slice of bread and top with a slice of cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
