BANANA BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 bananas (black bananas are best)
1/2 c. nuts
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg

In a small bowl, mash bananas and set aside. Mix sugar, oil, milk, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add flour and dry ingredients a cup at a time. Next add bananas and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Remove from pans immediately and cool.
