10, 000 BAKED CHICKEN REUBEN 
4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained (press out excess liquid)
4 slices (each 4 x 6 inches) natural Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island salad dressing
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place chicken in greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken. Top with cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Serves 4.
