BAKED CHICKEN REUBEN 
2 lg. chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 (8 oz.) bottle low cal Thousand Island dressing
6 oz. sliced Swiss cheese

The chicken breasts have to be halved, skinned and de-boned. Grease a 10"x6" baking dish. Layer the ingredients in the dish, the chicken first, then the salt, then the sauerkraut, then the dressing and then the cheese. Cover tightly with aluminum foil; bake in a 325 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. 280 calories per serving.
