2 lbs. stew beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms, undrained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. red wine
Rice or noodles

Put everything into a casserole dish. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice and noodles.
