DON'T PEEK RICE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 stick butter 1 1/2 c. rice 1 c. water 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. milk Chicken pieces (any cut of chicken) Lipton's onion soup mix (dry) Melt butter in large pan. Sprinkle rice over melted butter and add water. Blend together soups and milk. Pour mixture over rice and butter. DON'T STIR! Place chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover with lid tightly and bake 2 - 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. |
