NO PEEK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. raw rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. milk
5 or 6 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Melt butter and combine with rice, mushroom and celery soup; add milk. Add onion soup mix; mix thoroughly. Pour into 3 quart casserole dish. Bury chicken in rice mixture. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
