STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
Serves 6.

6 med. green peppers
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 to 3/4 c. cooked rice
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (24 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs

Cut tops off of peppers; remove insides. Precook peppers in boiling salted water about 5 minutes, drain. Combine ground beef, rice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion, eggs and 1/4 of tomato sauce; mix thoroughly. Stuff peppers and stand in dish. Pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until done. Baste peppers with sauce 2 or 3 times during baking.
