ORANGE ROASTED CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots
4 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. parsley

Cut carrots in half in baking dish or pan. Pat with butter. Mix juice, brown sugar and salt; pour over carrots; cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until tender, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle with parsley.
