MATT'S ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
1-1 1/2 lb. peeled carrots, sliced

Parboil until tender crisp. Drain and set aside.

In skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add 2 teaspoons sugar and stir until dissolved over low heat. Add the juice of 1 fresh orange and stir until blended. Add carrots and stir until coated with glaze. Heat thoroughly before serving.
