BEST COCONUT POUND CAKE 
Cream 1 1/2 cups butter, melted with 2 1/4 cups sugar. Beat in one at a time 5 eggs. Beat 10 minutes at high speed. Add 3 cups plain flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 cup milk and 2 tablespoons coconut flavoring. Fold in 1 package (7 ounce) coconut. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
