PIZZA DOUGH 
1 2/3 qts. cold water
3 1/4 oz. salt
10 oz. Budweiser chunk yeast
10 lb. bag high gluten flour
2 tbsp. olive oil

First mix cold water and salt, then add Budweiser chunk yeast. Then add bag of flour and olive oil. Mix until totally blended. Then let rise at room temperature for 30 minutes.
