PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. dried yeast
1 1/3 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. salt
4 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. olive oil

Dissolve yeast in mixing bowl with water and add oil. Sift flour and salt and add to yeast mixture. Knead until smooth (10 minutes). Cover bowl with cloth and let stand in warm place for 2 hours. Place dough on 2 greased round pizza pans (12 inch) or one large greased cookie sheet and flatten with oiled fingers. Let sit 15 minutes. Spread sauce evenly over dough to 1/2 inch from edge. Add cooked sausage, raw pepper, olives, etc. Cook in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until crispy. Add mozzarella cheese the last 5 to 10 minutes.
