PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Pizza sauce
Your favorite toppings

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Hand knead into a ball. Add more flour if too sticky. Let raise for 20 to 30 minutes.

Oil two 10 inch pizza pans and press the dough evenly in each. Bake 2 to 3 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove from oven and cover with sauce and your favorite toppings and continue baking until done.
