PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
Flour until stiff

SAUCE:

1 can tomato sauce
Oregano

Turn out on board and knead in flour until smooth. Let sit on board about 5 to 20 minutes. Cover with bowl or towel.

Grease two pizza pans well with shortening and spread half the dough on each. Pour half a can of tomato sauce on each. Sprinkle on oregano and place in oven about five minutes at 450 degrees.

Remove from oven to add toppings. Return to oven and bake until crust is light brown and cheese is bubbly (abut 20 minutes).

TOPPINGS:

1 lb. hamburger meat, browned
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
1 can mushrooms
Parmesan cheese
