KUCHEN DOUGH

Makes 1 cake of pie shell.

1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. shortening
Salt

Mix like a regular pie dough. Add 1 egg. Mix well. Pat into a pie tin.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together and put on top of pie.
