JELL-O CHEESECAKE | |
Crush 1 package (1/3 lb.) graham crackers and mix with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 pound melted butter. Spread in bottom of pan. Melt 1 small package (3 ounce) Jell-O (any flavor) in 1 cup boiling water. Cool. Beat 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with 3/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk until stiff. (Make sure milk is cold so it will beat stiff.) Mix all 3 minutes together and pour over crumbs. Refrigerate 2 hours or more before eating. |
