LOST RESOLUTION BROWNIES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
2/3 c. (5 1/3 oz.) evaporated milk
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

In saucepan, combine chocolate pieces, cream cheese and evaporated milk; stir over low heat or in double boiler till smooth. Stir in nuts. Cream sugar and butter in medium-size bowl till light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Press half of vanilla mixture onto bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Spread chocolate mixture over this crust. Sprinkle with remaining crust mixture and press down gently. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cool; cut into bars. Freezes well.
