CHEESE 'N MUSHROOM BREAD | |
1/2 of 8 oz. loaf French bread, unsliced 1/3 c. mayonnaise 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. chopped green onion 1 (2.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained Slice bread in half lengthwise. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture evenly over bread halves. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until bread is crisp and cheese is melted. |
