JALAPENO BREAD PUDDING | |
1 jalapeno bread 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cups milk 6 eggs 1 lb smoked sausage 1 large chicken breast 1 medium onion, chopped 1 package shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon minced garlic in a large bowl, tear apart jalapeno bread. In another large bowl mix together 6 eggs, milk, soup and season to taste. Pour mixture over bread and stir it together. Let soak in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. In large skillet brown chicken, sausage and onions in butter, add spinach and mushrooms season to taste and cook down. Add the cooked ingredients to the bread mixture and add the cheese. Stir together and put in baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F. Enjoy! Submitted by: O'Neal Richard |
