Jalapeno Bread Pudding

I made this up when i wanted to make bread pudding but all I had was a big loaf to Jalapeno bread. I decided to make it savory. I also think it would be good for breakfast by adding bacon or breakfast sausage instead of the smoked sausage.

This is a really good recipe. The combination of the chicken and smoked sausage is very tasteful. Thank you Richard for the recipe. I always wanted to try a savory bread pudding. This one is good.

We have our own chickens, consequently plenty of eggs, and I have made savory bread puddings many times for the family using jalapeno cheese bread. But this version was super for supper!! The leftovers were good even cold!
