LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan that has been greased and floured. Bake for 35-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Remove cake from oven and punch holes in it over all with a meat fork. Pour lemon icing over top of cake while it is still hot.

ICING:

2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Juice and grated rind of 2 lemons

Combine and stir until well blended. Pour over cake. Serves 12 to 16. Serve hot or cold.
