OLD-FASHIONED HOT-FUDGE CAKE 
2 (1 oz.) env. unsweetened baking chocolate flavor
1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
Cool Whip or ice cream; optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, beat chocolate flavor, buttermilk baking mix, milk, vanilla, and 2/3 cup sugar with wire whisk until smooth. Pour batter into 12 x 8 inch baking dish. In small bowl, mix cocoa and 1/3 cup sugar. Sprinkle over batter in baking dish. Carefully pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over all. Do not stir. Bake 25 minutes (batter will separate into cake and sauce layers after baking.) Serve immediately or sauce will be absorbed. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream if desired.
