1 lg. box Jello instant vanilla pudding
1 (4 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 c. cold milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4-6 ripe bananas
1 box vanilla wafers

Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole with vanilla wafers. Slice bananas on top of wafers.

In small bowl mix softened cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.
