BARBECUED MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. dry oatmeal
3 tbsp. shortening

Combine meat, seasoning, milk and oatmeal. Shape into 12 meatballs. Brown on all sides in hot shortening. While meat is browning make barbecue sauce.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

Place meat balls in casserole dish and pour sauce over top. Cover. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
