MOM'S BARBECUED MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 egg
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. oatmeal
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano to taste

Mix above ingredients and shape into bite-sized meatballs. Microwave or broil until cooked.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. ketchup or lean tomato paste
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter

For sauce, brown onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 20 minutes.

Add balls to sauce and simmer slowly. Serve hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
