20 Ritz crackers
Pinch salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3 egg whites
Whipped topping

Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar, cracker crumbs, salt, vanilla and nuts. Put in an ungreased pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped topping or whipping cream.
